Ogaticket Enterprise provides a platform for event organizers to create and manage events, and for attendees to purchase tickets. We act as an intermediary between the event organizers and the attendees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Paypal, Flutterwave and Paystack. Transactions fees for attendees are solely decided by the selected payment processor, while Ogaticket Enterprise deducts a transaction fee of 5% on all transactions carried out on an event deducted from the total sales made or cash received. However, events that do not carry out any purchase or transaction would not be charged any fee.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for any activities that occur under their account.
Event organizers are responsible for creating and managing events, including setting ticket prices, event dates, refunds and cancellations. Organizers are also responsible for their own tax liabilities.
Ticket purchases are processed through Stripe, Paypal, Flutterwave and Paystack, with fees being added to the ticket price at the point of purchase. Ogaticket Enterprise deducts a 5% transaction fee before disbursing funds to event organizers. All users agree to pay any applicable taxes on their purchases or earnings.
Organizers are responsible for refund and cancellation of their event. Ogaticket Enterprise is not responsible for enforcing these policies but may assist in facilitating refunds where applicable (see Refund Policy).
Ogaticket Enterprise is not liable for any damages arising from event cancellations, changes, or other event-related issues. Event organizers assume full responsibility for the events they manage.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to each event organizer.
Unless otherwise specified by the event organizer, tickets purchased through Ogaticket Enterprise are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of event cancellation or postponement.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund, as determined by the event organizer. Ogaticket Enterprise will assist in processing refunds, but the final decision rests with the organizer.
Ogaticket Enterprise's transaction fees are non-refundable, even in cases where an event is cancelled, or a refund is issued by the organizer. Stripe, Paypal, Flutterwave and Paystack’s fees may also be non-refundable, depending on their policy.
At Ogaticket Enterprise, protecting user data is a top priority. We have implemented strict measures to safeguard all sensitive information, including personal data and payment details. This policy outlines how we ensure the security of our platform and users.
All sensitive data, including payment information, is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS) both in transit and at rest. This ensures that unauthorized individuals cannot access or manipulate your data.
We employ strong access control mechanisms to limit who can access sensitive information. Only authorized personnel with specific roles have access to user data, and all access is logged and monitored.
Ogaticket Enterprise regularly conducts security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure our systems remain secure. Any potential vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.
In the event of a data breach or security incident, we have a comprehensive incident response plan in place. We will notify affected users promptly and work to mitigate any damages.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts by creating strong passwords and safeguarding their login information. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where possible.
